St. Basil The Great Orthodox Church is an all-English Orthodox Parish, made up of members whose descent is from many traditional Orthodox countries (Greece, Russia, Serbia, the Middle East, etc) as well as a good number of others who have embraced the Orthodox Faith.

Our parish is a part of the Antiochian Archdiocese of North America, under the authority of our Bishop, Metropolitan PHILIP. Our Archdiocense is part of the Church of Antioch, headed by Patriarch IGNATIUS IV. The Church was founded by Bamabas and Paul in apostolic times, when Antioch was the most important city In Asia Minor, and was the place where "the disciples were first called Christians" (Acts 1:26).
